Yoga is an ancient Hindu practice of coordinated breath, movement, and meditation that can bring relaxation, clarity, healing and sustained health.  We offer a multi-disciplinary approach to yoga. With awareness of the spiritual, mental, and physical bodies we strive to create a sacred space for Free Spirits to quiet their minds and connect with their highest Self.
